Saunter along Dubrovnik’s main promenade known by locals as the Stradun.  It is here were medieval church bells manage to chime in harmony with progressive house music pumping from cafes housed in 1,000 year old buildings.  We love it on hot summer nights when a mixture of transnational tourists, international celebrities, and Croatia’s elite turn the creamy, glistening cobble stones of the Stradun into a spectacular runway.
