Kolocep beach

Kolocep is the first inhabited island NW from Dubrovnik. It has two settlements - Gornje Čelo ("upper") and Donje Čelo ("lower").

Donje Čelo is where the ferry stops and where the hotel is. A couple of cafe bars and restaurants can be found in the place, as well as a small shop and post office. To Gornje Čelo you can walk across the island, it will take approximately 20 minutes.

The main beach in Donje Čelo is the one in front of the hotel Villas Koločep. It is a fine gravel beach with a bit of sand. There is absolutely no shade on the beach so be careful. Deck chairs and parasols can be rented.
