Who is Canopy by Hilton Zagreb best for?
Canopy works especially well if you want a full-service hotel close to Zagreb's railway station without staying directly on Ban Jelačić Square. It is a good fit for train travellers, couples, business visitors and Hilton guests who prefer a modern hotel with its own restaurant and fitness facilities.
The trade-off is location. The hotel is central, but it is not in the middle of the Upper Town or immediately beside Zagreb's main square. Hilton lists Ban Josip Jelačić Square at about 1.3 km, Dolac Market at 1.4 km and the Croatian National Theatre at 1.7 km. For many visitors that is comfortably walkable, but travellers who want the historic centre directly outside the hotel may prefer a property farther north.

One of Canopy Zagreb's more distinctive extras is its fleet of complimentary Canopy bikes. They provide an alternative to walking or public transport for exploring the flatter parts of central Zagreb.

The hotel is at Ulica kneza Branimira 29, close to Zagreb Main Railway Station and the Branimir Centar area. This is one of its strongest practical advantages if you arrive in Zagreb by train or continue your Croatian journey by rail.
Zagreb Airport is about 17 km from the hotel. Hilton does not provide an airport shuttle, so you will need to arrange public transport, taxi, private transfer or another connection from the airport.
