Gradac Parking is a small Zone 4 car park close to Park Gradac, Lovrijenac Fortress and Pile Gate in Dubrovnik. However, it is not a normal visitor car park: under current Sanitat rules, parking at Gradac is permitted only for vehicles with a valid preferential parking permit (PPK) for Zones 2 or 3.
Can tourists park at Gradac Parking?
In general, Gradac should not be treated as a tourist parking option. Sanitat Dubrovnik currently states that parking at Gradac is allowed only with a valid PPK (preferential parking permit) for Zone 2 or Zone 3.

Gradac Parking is in Zone 4
Gradac is the designated parking facility in Dubrovnik parking Zone 4. The zone is regulated 24 hours a day, every day.
Unlike ordinary visitor parking zones, Sanitat does not offer standard daily, weekly, monthly or annual tickets for Zone 4. The published Zone 4 tariff includes multi-hour and reservation charges, but this does not change the permit restriction: Sanitat's current parking FAQ specifically states that Gradac parking is allowed only with an eligible PPK.

Where is Gradac Parking?
Gradac Parking is located on Ulica don Frana Bulića, above the cliffs west of Dubrovnik Old Town and close to Gradac Park.
The location itself is excellent for the western entrance to the historic centre. A small staircase below the parking area provides a shortcut towards Pile Gate, while Lovrijenac Fortress is also nearby.
Driving to Gradac and the Old Town area
Driving around Dubrovnik Old Town has also changed. The historic-centre contact zone now operates under a special traffic regime, so visitors should not drive around Pile and the surrounding streets simply searching for an available parking space.

Visiting Park Gradac without parking here
You do not need to park at Gradac to visit the area. Gradac Park is within walking distance of Pile Gate and is easily reached on foot from Dubrovnik Old Town.
