President Relax Beach, still widely known as Valamar President Beach, is a 200-metre pebble and paved beach directly below President Hotel, Valamar Collection on Dubrovnik's Babin Kuk Peninsula. It is one of the better-equipped beaches in Dubrovnik, with clear water, views towards the Elaphiti Islands and a range of hotel-style beach facilities.
The official name is now President Relax Beach, but travellers may still find it described as Valamar President Beach, Dubrovnik President Beach or Hotel President Beach. The existing beach and location are the same.

Is President Relax Beach worth visiting?
President Relax Beach is a good choice if you want a more polished and relaxed beach environment than Dubrovnik's busier activity beaches. Its location below the hotel means there are organised sunbathing areas and useful facilities close to the water, while the western position on Babin Kuk gives wide sea views towards the Elaphiti Islands.
It works particularly well for couples and families who prefer a comfortable beach day over a party atmosphere or a difficult walk to a more remote cove. If water sports and a more active family setup are your priority, nearby Copacabana Beach may suit you better.
What is President Relax Beach like?

Getting to President Relax Beach
By bus from Dubrovnik Old Town
From Pile near Dubrovnik Old Town, take Libertas bus line 6 towards Babin Kuk. President Relax Beach is directly below President Hotel, Valamar Collection at the western end of the peninsula.

From Babin Kuk and Lapad
If you are staying around Babin Kuk, the beach can usually be reached on foot through the hotel and coastal area. From central Lapad the walk is longer, but the beaches around Babin Kuk are connected by pedestrian routes and coastal paths.
