From Lapad and Babin Kuk

If you are staying in one of the hotels or apartments around Babin Kuk, Copacabana may be within comfortable walking distance. Walking paths connect the hotel area with several nearby beaches, including Copacabana and Cava Beach.

From the central Lapad Bay area the walk is longer, but it can be combined with the coastal paths around the peninsula if you are not in a hurry.

By taxi

A taxi is the easiest option if you are travelling with small children, carrying beach equipment or coming from another part of Dubrovnik. Unlike several beaches closer to the Old Town, the upper approach to Copacabana does not involve a long staircase.
