Reopened for the 2026 season after a comprehensive refurbishment, it combines unusually spacious suites with direct Adriatic access and the extensive pools, spa and dining facilities of the wider Royal Dubrovnik Resort.

The hotel is particularly well suited to couples and families who value space and resort facilities more than proximity to the Old Town. Dubrovnik's historic centre is around 5 km away, while the sea and waterfront promenade are immediately beside the property.

Royal Princess is unusual among Dubrovnik's luxury hotels because all accommodation is suite-based. Each current suite category includes separate sleeping and living space, making the property especially attractive for longer stays and for families who want more room than a conventional hotel bedroom provides.

The 2026 renovation refreshed the suite interiors and significantly upgraded the hotel's largest accommodation, including a redesigned Presidential Suite with private wellness features and extensive sea-facing outdoor space.

Deluxe King Suites are approximately 55 m² and include a king bedroom plus a separate living area with sofa bed, making them suitable for up to four guests. Garden-facing versions provide a quieter outlook over Mediterranean landscaping, while Deluxe King Sea View Suites add private balconies overlooking the Adriatic.

Royal Sky Sea View Suites occupy elevated positions and are intended for travelers who place particular value on open sea views.

The redesigned Presidential Suite offers approximately 192 m² of interior space and around 215 m² including its outdoor areas. It has two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a separate living and dining area, full kitchen, private sauna and a large sea-view terrace.

Royal Princess is located at the end of the Babin Kuk peninsula, approximately 5 km from Dubrovnik Old Town. This is not a practical walk-in-and-out location for most travelers, but local buses and taxis provide straightforward connections to Pile Gate.

The trade-off for staying farther from the historic centre is a quieter seafront environment with pools, spa facilities, restaurants and significantly more space than most Old Town accommodation can provide.

Lapad Bay and its waterfront promenade are also nearby, giving guests access to additional restaurants, cafés and swimming areas without travelling into central Dubrovnik.
