Events and festivals in Zagreb
Zagreb, a music-loving city, hosts numerous music festivals throughout the year. The INmusic festival, held every summer on the shores of Lake Jarun, is among the most famous ones.
The Zagreb Film Festival, held every autumn, is also a highly popular film event. Additionally, the Zagreb Advent, a lively celebration of the holiday season with music, food, and entertainment, is another cultural event not to be missed, held every December.
INmusic Festival returns to Zagreb from 27 to 29 June 2027 for its 19th edition. Croatia's largest open-air rock festival takes place at Lake Jarun, with the 2027 festival ticket listing the main venue as Otok hrvatske mladeži (Isle of Youth).
Three-day festival tickets are already on sale, while the 2027 artist lineup has not yet been officially announced. This page will be updated as performers, stage schedules and other practical information are confirmed.

Croatia is often associated with sun-kissed islands and historic coastal towns, but its capital Zagreb has a winter secret - Advent in Zagreb, one of Europe’s favorite Christmas markets. Each year, the city center fills with wooden huts, lights, music and the smell of mulled wine.
In 2025, Advent in Zagreb runs from 29 November to 7 January, turning the streets and parks around Ban Jelačić Square, Zrinjevac and King Tomislav Square into a festive playground of markets, concerts and food stalls. It is an easy winter break to combine with Zagreb’s museums, cafés and day trips.
